    ·         To maintain a comprehensive database of member institutions, trainers, industry partners, and learners, and establish structured communication forums for regular interaction, knowledge exchange, and feedback.

    ·         To collaborate with national and international agencies, industry bodies, academic institutions, and organizations engaged in skill development, education, and workforce readiness.

    ·         To create an ecosystem for sharing anonymized data, best practices, consensus frameworks, policy notes, and white papers related to skills and education.

    NATIONAL SKILL & EDUCATION QUALITY MOVEMENT

    ·         To promote a nationwide movement for quality, relevance, and outcome-based education and skill development.

    ·         To create awareness among learners, employers, and institutions about the importance of quality training, certifications, and continuous upskilling.

    ·         To establish systems for evaluation, benchmarking, and credentialing of training institutions, trainers, and programs.

    ·         To encourage adoption of technology-driven learning solutions to improve access, efficiency, assessment, and learning outcomes.

    CAPACITY BUILDING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT

    ·         To undertake capacity-building initiatives in education, training, and skill development through structured courses, certifications, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs.

    ·         To design and deliver programs that enhance instructional quality and create a strong pool of qualified trainers, assessors, and skill mentors.

    ·         To provide mentorship and handholding support to emerging and non-accredited training institutions to help them meet quality benchmarks.

    RESEARCH, INNOVATION & ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

    ·         To promote and undertake research in skill development, employability, education quality, and future workforce needs.

    ·         To establish benchmarks, outcome indicators, and performance standards for training and education programs.

    ·         To create a repository of national and international best practices, competency frameworks, curriculum guidelines, and assessment standards.

    ·         To establish a “Resource Centre” enabling members to access credible learning materials, research publications, and industry insights.

    LEARNER-CENTRIC & EMPLOYABILITY FOCUS

    ·         To support dissemination of learner outcomes, employability metrics, and skill impact data to promote value-based education.

    ·         To engage with government bodies, regulators, and policymakers at central and state levels to contribute to skill and education reform initiatives.

    ·         To promote learner empowerment initiatives focused on career readiness, lifelong learning, and workplace relevance.

    PROMOTION OF QUALITY & EXCELLENCE CHAMPIONS

    ·         To recognize and acknowledge institutions, training centers, and educators as Centres of Skill & Quality Excellence (CSQEs) for their commitment to high standards.

    ·         To organize national and international conferences, conclaves, summits, and events to promote excellence in training, education, and skills development.

    FEEDBACK TO REGULATORY & CERTIFICATION BODIES

    ·         To act as a collective voice of training providers, educators, and industry stakeholders in providing structured feedback to accreditation, certification, and regulatory bodies.

    ·         To share constructive inputs to improve assessment methodologies, accreditation frameworks, and certification processes, enhancing their effectiveness and industry relevance.

    PROMOTION OF ACCREDITATION & CERTIFICATION

    ·         To promote accreditation, certification, and standardization in education and training to enhance national and global employability of learners.

    ·         To liaise with government agencies, industry associations, employers, and funding bodies to support accredited and quality-driven training institutions.

    ·         To undertake additional initiatives as requested by stakeholders to strengthen the skill development and education ecosystem.
